Our approach is one of involvement, integration and participation, with learning being embedded into practice using a case based approach.

Pharmacist with experience in the commissioning and provision of medicines optimisation services in General Practice. Led the delivery of NHS and pharma funded services to General Practice for a National healthcare provider prior to joining MCS. Ryan serves as Director of Clinical Services for MCS.
Clinical Pharmacist & IP, GP Federation leading on the pharmacy service across Stockport’s 7 PCNs
Experienced in hospital, community & primary care pharmacy sectors within multiple challenging, business development & change management roles. These include previous Superintendent role in growing community pharmacy company & currently as the Medicines Optimisation Lead for Stockport CCG. Current role is working with Stockport’s GP Federation leading on Stockport’s Integrated Pharmacy Service – building a large Pharmacy team to help approximately 310,000 patients across 37 GP practices to improve all aspects of repeat prescription management in primary care. Also qualified as an Independent Prescriber and leading on the integration of the Primary Care Pharmacy team into local Primary Care Networks.
Morden PCN Clinical Pharmacist and Trainer, London
Darshan’s career has spanned across a wide range of sectors; from hospital, community, industry, academia and primary care. As a PCN Clinical Pharmacist, he knows too well the direction of change for primary care and workloads that will impact on primary care pharmacists to achieve the requirements set out in the PCN DES contract. Darshan is also a superintendent and director pharmacist of an independent pharmacy. He has also acted as an education supervisor and mentored newly qualified pharmacists as part of their foundation programme. Currently he has a role as a training facilitator for Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) and has delivered and facilitated training for pharmacy professionals on various therapeutic areas.
Practice Clinical Pharmacist, Wales
Sally has over 43 years experience working in different sectors of pharmacy practice including hospital, community, government, academia and primary care. After 23 years working in the Welsh Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education, she took on the role as a NCN pharmacist providing patient-centred care in GP surgeries in the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area. She also has a keen interest in facilitating learning and continuing professional development for pharmacy professionals. She is a Fellow of the Faculty of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society since 2015.
Cluster Lead Pharmacist specialising in Respiratory and Climate change
Working with the Effective prescribing and therapeutics division as part of the Scottish Government, leading on climate change and sustainable policies in prescribing for 3 days a week, and as a Cluster Lead Pharmacist specialising in Respiratory and climate change in Dumfries and Galloway for the rest of the time. With a PhD in Pharmacy Practice, Emily is interested in asthma and GP Pharmacist inter-professional relations, becoming an IP in 2007 and conducting respiratory and medication review clinics as well as focusing on pain management through mindfulness.
GP Practice Pharmacist, Barnet
Tanvi is an independent prescriber and undertakes clinics in hypertension and other long term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, smoking cessation, undertaking medication reviews and medicines management. She has over 15 years experience in community pharmacy working at Boots pharmacy as an advanced practitioner and a member of the RPS.
Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, PCN Pharmacist – Kenilworth & Warwickshire
Prab has worked as a clinical pharmacist across hospital & primary care sectors within various specialities and clinical roles. Having completed the CPPE pathway as part of the initial pilot groups and completed prescribing and leadership qualifications she has shaped her role in primary care over the last few years, specialising in anticoagulation, medicines optimisation and pharmacy education. Her current role as a clinical pharmacist involves chronic disease management, multidisciplinary working and clinical supervision within a growing pharmacy team of pharmacists and technicians.
MORPh Associate & Senior Lecturer and Advanced Specialist Pharmacist, De Montfort University and University Hospitals of Leicester
Yasir is an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist at the University Hospitals of Leicester and a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice at De Montfort University. He is the director of MicroPharm, MicroPharm is an online platform designed to provide high-quality medical education for trainee pharmacists and healthcare professionals. MicroPharm has delivered teaching sessions to over 1,500 trainee pharmacists. These sessions were covered in line with the GPhC assessment framework and proved to be very beneficial for the attendees. Yasir trained as a pre-registration pharmacist in a community pharmacy and transitioned to a hospital pharmacy role as a cardiorespiratory admissions junior pharmacist. He was subsequently promoted to an on-call junior pharmacist role and rotated through several specialities including respiratory medicine, specialist surgery, geriatric medicine, general medicine and oncology.
MORPh Associate & Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Erika is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and primarily, has a patient facing role in general practice but keeps her hand in active Community Pharmacy.
She has extensive experience in a number of sectors of pharmacy, Hospital, OOH, Primary Care working in medicines commissioning at a senior level, and education having been a therapeutic trainer for over 10 years with the former National Prescribing Centre and then as a Associate for NICE in their Medicines and Prescribing Centre, before moving into general practice in a patent facing role. Erika specialises in Diabetes and Obesity, Women’s Health, Dermatology and Cardiology with training to MSC level in a number of these areas.
She is enthusiastic when helping other clinical pharmacists to develop their skills effectively, especially when colleagues are engaging in more enhanced clinical roles, to be the best they can be.
MORPh Associate & Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber
Dipal Patel is a Clinical Pharmacist prescriber with a decade of experience across multiple sectors within the NHS. Through his experience, he has led teams to achieve targets ranging from, business and financial targets to key performance indicators in Community Pharmacy, General Practice, Integrated Care and the Ambulance Service.
Dipal has been mentoring for Pharmacists since 2019, from newly qualified Pharmacists to those wishing to change sector. He specialises in, Clinical Professional Development for Pharmacists using the three C’s model for effective professional development which, he developed to help Pharmacists become ideal candidates for their ideal roles
Senior Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician, NHS North West London
Salmia is a Senior Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in primary care; namely GP, Care Homes and Medicines Management. Salmia is passionate about improving patient care, by assisting in the development and career progression for Pharmacy Technicians in a Primary Care setting. Salmia has demonstrated how Pharmacy Technicians can upskill in a GP and Care Home setting, through leading clinics to improving and implementing clinical governance processes.
As an Educational Supervisor and mentor to trainee Pharmacy Technicians and Foundation Pharmacists working in a GP setting, Salmia has been able to share her knowledge and support pharmacy professionals in their ongoing development.
Salmia is thrilled to join Morph as a Pharmacy Technician Associate, and will utilise this role as an advocate for Pharmacy Technician education and development.
Chaandni is a Senior GP Clinical Pharmacist across multiple Primary Care Networks across South West London. She practices as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Independent Prescriber based in Central Surgery in Surbiton and has a special interest in Cardio-Renal and Metabolic Medicine.
She is an honorary lecturer at King’s College London, University of London where recently she has been awarded as an Associate of King’s College London, University of London and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
Richard is a senior clinical pharmacist and independent prescriber at eMed, and has a wealth of knowledge in digital healthcare, with experience across multiple sectors, including primary care and community. Richard is also PCN lead for cardio-respiratory care at Babylon GP at Hand PCN and has a special interest in proactive care and population health.
As part of his current role, Richard is responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists in delivering digital healthcare to both NHS and private patients. He is experienced in consulting with patients for a wide range of conditions, including asthma, COPD, hypertension, depression and minor ailments.
MORPh are always looking for experienced clinical pharmacists to join our associate team.
The role will also involve contributing your expertise in the continual improvement of our events as well as identifying and designing relevant content to keep our offer vibrant and attractive to delegates. You will be expected to act as an ambassador for Morph and to promote our events and offers around your network of contacts. There will be opportunities to help develop and deliver events and products using digital platforms.

I have a background in the NHS having been a PA to Chief Executives and various Public Health Director’s within Health Authorities. I have a diploma in Office Management. Over the last 20 years, since the inception of MORPh, I have worked closely with both the Clinical and Commercial Directors. I now concentrate on running our busy office and managing a very hard working team. I’m still heavily involved in Event Management, arranging educational events for Pharmacists working within primary care.
Neil manages MORPh’s accounts and all that entails. His MORPh days are every Thursday.
Lecturer Practitioner and Independent Dermatology Nurse, Dermatology Education Partnership Ltd, University of Stirling
Julie is a Dermatology Lecturer Practitioner; her background is 30 years as a dermatology clinical nurse specialist, in both primary and secondary care, previously sister and clinical nurse specialist (liaison nurse) in the Oxford Dermatology Department. Dermatology Education Partnership Ltd focuses on dermatology educational projects and training courses for HCPs, she also works for training companies including MORPh, where she has developed and regularly delivers dermatology short courses for pharmacist. Julie works for skin support groups, including the National Eczema Society complex helpline. Julie is a health care writer and publishes widely in health care journals; she is past editor of the BDNG Journal, Dermatological Nursing. She is a PCDS committee member, vice chair of the BDNG Primary Care sub group and works on national projects, currently she is in a Cochrane review team looking at psychological and educational interventions for eczema. She works clinically in an NHS primary care service, MY HC SDS, Solihull and South Birmingham CCG and for Check4Cancer SkinHealthUK in skin cancer detection clinics in Maidenhead and Oxford. Julie is passionate about improving care for people with skin conditions through developing educational initiatives for both healthcare professionals and patients throughout the UK.
Respiratory Lead Pharmacist, RightBreathe, North West London Children & Young People Asthma Network, RPS NW London
Darush is a Pharmacist, Behaviour Change Specialist and International Respiratory Trainer.He has presented at various national & international conferences (including ERS, IPCRG, PCRS, Clinical Pharmacy Congress, Respiratory show) and was asked to help review the National Training Standards for Smoking Cessation. He is an active teacher and follower of the IPCRG Asthma Right Care social movement and enjoys spreading positive messages on how people can live much better with asthma.Darush has published more than 30 clinical papers and writes teaching modules on various pharmacy platforms. He has been recognised by his healthcare peers at the 2019 PCPA GP Pharmacist awards for excellence.Darush enjoys running and raising money for respiratory & cardiac charities. One of his main missions is to reduce health inequalities caused by tobacco and poor health care and spends a lot of his time teaching in deprived locations across the UK.
Consultant Pharmacist, NHS South East London CCG
Helen is the National Speciality Adviser for CVD Prevention at NHSE&I and is working on delivery of the CVD ambitions for AF, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol in line with the Long-Term Plan. Helen has worked as a CVD specialist pharmacist for the past 25 years in hospital, community, and primary care settings. She has led on the development and implementation of consensus evidence-based CVD guidance for use across South London covering a population of 3.6million and supported local practitioners through education and training, guideline implementation, clinical audit, service development and provision of virtual or face to face clinics. She was clinical adviser to the national AF AHSN programme and developed the pharmacist-led virtual clinic model to optimise uptake of anticoagulation in AF, which is now being spread nationally through the NHSE AF demonstrator programme. She is currently also working at UCLP on the development and implementation of long-term conditions packages designed to support primary care in the post COVID-19 environment.

Dr. Mahmud is a Primary care Consultant in Diabetes and a GP trainer and GP and allied health care professional’s educator.
He has a special interest in Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity. He is the Senior Partner at the Jones Family Practice, Essex, UK and a visiting Professor of Diabetes and Internal medicine for New Vision University, Georgia.
SIPS Project Lead Pharmacist, Stockport
Liz has worked in community, hospital & primary care sectors during a career spanning over 30 years. Holding multiple clinical and management roles from front line dispensing, management and sales for a major community pharmacy chain, through clinical work in GP practices , independent prescribing and on to becoming an Advanced Practitioner in health and social care. Liz headed the Medicines Optimisation Department at Stockport CCG for 10 years gaining valuable experience in commissioning contracting financial and budgetary management as well as the challenge of supporting a clinical service in 40 practices. Her current role is working with Stockport’s GP Federation leading on an extensive safety, quality and cost management program. Also working as a consultant to a wide range of companies on a range of matters relating to medicines, commissioning and marketing.

Emily is a locality lead pharmacist for Dumfries and Nithsdale where her main roles are leading and delivering a specialist pharmacy service to General Practice and Community Pharmacies in the locality. She has a PhD in Pharmacy Practice with particular interest in asthma and GP Pharmacist inter-professional relations. She became an IP in 2008 and conducts respiratory clinics and medication review clinics. In addition, Emily has regular input to NHS Education for Scotland for Pharmacy and has written various distance learning courses.
